To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, students worked in teams to research an Hispanic country of their choice.  They turned their research into podcasts using computers, then viewed each other's work using the new iPod Touch technology.  Finally, they used the iPods to send Mrs. Laforet an email telling her something they learned about one of the countries.
